Born and raised in Wisconsin, I lived in many other states (Minnesota, Kansas, North Dakota, Arizona, and Colorado) before moving back to Wisconsin in 2016. I currently live in Pardeeville.
I graduated from the Therapeutic Massage program at Madison College in 2018 and this is my second career in life. Massage therapy helped me personally as I dealt with the pain of chronic Lyme for many years (in remission now!). I also know the benefits of massage therapy for athletes in hastening recovery and reducing DOMS (delayed-onset muscle soreness), as I have been a marathoner, ultra-runner, triathlete, and Ironman competitor.
I enjoy a more natural approach to healing, and massage therapy is considered a complementary and alternative form of medicine. I look forward to customizing massages for clients in ways that will benefit them the most, whether that's for relaxation, pain relief, stress reduction, or any number of the many benefits of massage.
